One-on-one sessions

3-MONTH / $575

We can accomplish a lot in 1 session, but the most successful route in attaining health goals comes with commitment. Regularly scheduled sessions will give you maximum benefit with a wellness professional and to encourage it, this is my best rate offered.

  • 1st month: 90-minute initial consultation, 45-minute follow up #1
  • 2nd month: 45-minute follow up #2, 45-minute follow up #3
  • 3rd month: 45-minute follow up #4
  • health evaluation review prior to first session
  • email support once per week 
  • 4-7 page recommendation report consisting of short-term and long-term goals; nutrient, food, and supplement recommendations; and lifestyle recommendations.

My 1-month sample package will give us a great start in developing your personalized wellness protocol. It includes:

SINGLE SESSIONS

If you have no idea how holistic nutrition consultation can impact your life but you're curious, I'm happy to sit down with you for an individual session to discuss your health goals and offer personalized recommendations and education to give you a better sense of how valuable this service can be.

90-minute consultation: $125

(health intake review and recommendations provided at session)

Follow-up consults: $75

 

WHAT'S WHAT?

Initial Consultation = 90 minute session that will include a review of your health evaluation forms (given to you prior to the session), understanding of your personal goals, discussion and initial development of a wellness program for you, initial nutrition and lifestyle recommendations relevant  to your goals.

Follow Up Consultations = 45-60 minute sessions to gauge progress and challenges, provide continuous education to empower you to make great choices for yourself, and offer additional recommendations as needed to help you attain your goals. 

Health Evaluation Forms = Prior to our initial consultation, I will provide you with a series of evaluation forms related to your concerns and goals. These will give me a foundation to begin work with you to determine best strategy to helping you achieve your goals. 

Recommendation Report = 1 week following our initial consultation (in packages only), I will provide you with a 4-7 page detailed report that includes your primary presenting concerns and assets, summary of the session, follow up nutrition, lifestyle, and supplementation recommendations, short and long-term strategies for personal health goals.
